What is a formal RICS valuation?
A formal RICS valuation is a written report prepared by a qualified RICS Registered Valuer who inspects the property and provides an independent professional opinion of value.
This is distinct from a free desktop estimate — it carries professional indemnity insurance and is accepted by lenders, courts, and HMRC.
